Who are we?
Swishfund is a fast-growing FinTech scale-up that offers entrepreneurs the most attractive alternative for short and medium-term business financing. Through our online platform, we utilise technology and AI to provide fast, flexible and affordable business financing solutions to entrepreneurs, so they can focus on running their business.
You may have seen or heard our TV and radio commercials over the years. We consider marketing to be an essential investment that pays off. This is also the mantra of one of our major shareholders, the progressive Pieter Schoen, whom you may know from the TV program Dragons' Den.
We have been active for 5 years, and are fast becoming the market leader in the Netherlands when it comes to non-bank SME financing. In 2018, Swishfund launched in the UK and a top five listing is within reach. More country launches will follow in the future.
Being the biggest is one thing, but having satisfied customers and happy colleagues is key to any successful business. Within our team of around 50 employees, we are now looking for our next (happy) reinforcement to join our team and help drive the business forward to its next stage of growth.

What technologies will you use?
This is a word that describes what you can expect when you begin your own ‘adventure’ working at Swishfund.
We challenge you to grow, to make the most of your talent and to learn every day. We will need you to break free of your comfort zone and to feel free to make mistakes now and again. You may find yourself in the ‘deep end’ but you will be fully supported by our existing team as we feel getting stuck in straight away can be the best way to learn. We want this role to benefit you personally and our organisation.
We may work hard, but we also have a lot to laughs along the way, so please join us on this adventure!
Are you excited about this role?
Then please let us know you’re interested by sending us a covering letter and your CV to Elsbeth – Head of People & Culture; firstname.lastname@example.org. Video applications are of course more than welcome.
